Description

SAIC is seeking a qualified Knowledge Management Web Developer to join their team in Rock Island, IL. This position will be remote for a current period and then transition to fully onsite "Remote-to-Onsite". 

The Knowledge Management Web Developer will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 

  • Design and implement tools and technologies for fostering knowledge management and collaboration within the enterprise.
  • Develop storage platforms, index strategies, and user interfaces for managing knowledge assets effectively
  • Capture, categorize, and organize business information obtained through direct communication with end users.
  • Strategically design workflows and processes to support knowledge management activities.
  • Implement and enhance collaboration and knowledge management platforms like Microsoft SharePoint to improve the accessibility and management of organizational information.
  • Stay updated with emerging collaboration tools and technologies to innovate and optimize existing systems.
  • Analyze technical problems of moderate scope and complexity by reviewing various factors and providing sound solutions.
  • Work under general direction and established guidelines to deliver compliant and accurate technical outcomes.
  • Support the completion of specific project milestones and deliverables by meeting outlined objectives and goals.
  • Ensure that technical deliverables align with project timelines and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree. 

Required Clearance: 

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required. 

Required Skills: 

  • Ability to code in 365
  • Strong Front-end development skills
  • Experience in Data Science 
  • Experience with Business Analytics
  • Proficiency in collaboration and knowledge management platforms, with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint 19 or similar tools
