Position Summary

Yampaglia Law is seeking a professional and client-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. The Intake Specialist is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, conducting initial client screenings, gathering case information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the intake process. This position plays a vital role in supporting client acquisition and helping the firm efficiently evaluate and onboard new matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and referral requests.
  • Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather relevant client and case information.
  • Assess prospective matters based on established firm guidelines and criteria.
  • Schedule consultations between prospective clients and attorneys.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client information within the firm's case management system.
  • Follow up with prospective clients regarding required documentation and case status.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and firm records.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to facilitate seamless client onboarding.
  • Monitor intake performance metrics and assist with reporting requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client intake, legal support, or a related field.
