Job description

Medical Intake Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Intake Specialist for our healthcare client located in Northeast Portland. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract position. This position will be a high-volume phone position, answering inbound phone calls assisting patients with questions and inquiries, connecting them to the proper resources, and processing referrals for their treatment. Interested candidates must feel comfortable with in a fast-paced environment and be able to work within multiple software systems throughout the workday. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years healthcare call center/administrative experience
  • Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Can work well independently and analytically problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills, especially phone etiquette
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
