Confidential Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Central Intake Coordinator to support our admissions process across multiple facilities in the Portland, OR area. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant intake experience for patients, families, referral sources, and internal teams.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming referrals

  • Review referral documentation for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility

  • Coordinate admissions with facility teams, clinical staff, and referral sources

  • Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and required documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date intake records in internal systems

  • Communicate admission status clearly and professionally to all stakeholders
