Job description

Description:

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help receive and prepare incoming dental cases for processing. This role is an important part of keeping cases moving accurately, safely, and efficiently through our laboratory.

No experience required — training is provided!


Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Benefits include PTO accrual and 401k plan.


Key Responsibilities

  • Unbox and disinfect incoming dental cases
  • Process invoices and case paperwork
  • Prepare cases for delivery following established procedures and ISO standards
  • Stock supplies and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Follow safety and infection-control procedures
  • Complete other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Work is primarily performed in a temperature controlled office environment. The dental lab is housed in the same building and this position requires entry into the lab occasionally, which contains dust and noise.
  • Continuously stand and intermittently walk across level floor surfaces.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, pull up to 5 pounds and occasionally up to 20 pounds.
  • Frequently reach, bend, kneel to access items at ground level or above shoulder height.
