Administrative Assistant/Intake Specialist

Administrative Assistant/Intake Specialist needed for Vista Counseling, a psychology practice based in Eugene, OR with offices in Eugene, Portland, and Bend.

The annual pay range is $43,000 to $46,000. This is an hourly pay position.

Duties include answering incoming phone calls for new and existing clients, matching new clients to therapists and scheduling intakes, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, as well as other office duties to help operate the practice. 40 hours per week.
