Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative & Mail Processing Coordinator to support daily office and shipping operations. This position involves entering shipping addresses into UPS, preparing outgoing packages, processing certified mail, and assisting with general administrative and office tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter customer shipping information accurately into the UPS system
  • Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments
  • Process and send certified mail
  • Verify addresses and shipment information before processing
  • Organize and maintain shipping and office records
  • File, scan, and upload documents as needed
  • Answer phones and assist with basic office communication
  • Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office organization and supplies
  • Provide support to team members with additional office duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Good communication and time management skills
