Job description

Job Summary
- Pay Rate: $17.02โ€“$17.50 per hour
- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Driving: Not required
- Interview: On-site with Site Manager
- Assignment Length: Temporary (covering a leave of absence, approx. 2โ€“4 months, may vary)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound USPS mail processing
- Deliver mail on walking routes throughout neighborhood campus and within campus buildings
- Provide customer service to faculty, staff, and students at the service center (mail and copy requests)
- Assist with print jobs, including printing, copying, and finishing tasks
- Operate mail and copy machines
- Lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and walking
- Maintain attention to detail and follow directions
- Work as part of a team in a customer-facing environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1โ€“2 years of relevant experience (retail, restaurant, mail/print environment preferred)
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Good PC skills and basic math/filing skills
- Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take direction
- Ability to lift/move items up to 50โ€“55 lbs and occasionally push/pull machines on wheels (up to 700 lbs)
- Capable of walking between buildings and performing repetitive physical tasks
- Free street parking available
Preferred:
- Experience in a mail/print environment is a plus
- Copy job experience preferred
- May require a valid driverโ€™s license and insurance (per Ricoh policy)
