C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Mail Processing Specialist in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Mail Processing Specialist: $16.25/hr.; Monday-Friday 8am to ย 5pm

Job Responsibilities:
    • Receive, open, prepare, and scan all physical mail
    • Process electronic communications from customers
    • Provides mail imaging and data entry support
    • Input and verify critical information in computer programs
    • Work in multiple computer programs simultaneously
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of information
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, 10-key pad
  • Typing speed of 30-40 wpm minimum
  • Must have general Excel and Word Knowledge
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift at least 15 pounds as needed
