Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reads work order or follows instructions to ascertain materials or components.
  • Responsible for jogging product off counter stacker and stack neatly on a skid.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality of finished product
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive constraints
  • Ensure exceptional quality of finished product
  • Ability to perform basic math skills
  • The ability to read and write English
  • The ability to communicate effectively both orally and verbally
  • Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
  • Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations
  • Must work well with others
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed
  • The ability to work 10-to-12-hour shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1-year bindery experience
  • Basic small packaging knowledge.

Physical Requirements 

  • Prolonged periods of standing while setting up and operating equipment 
  • Continuously bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. 

Shift: Third Shift (3rd Shift): Sunday night - Friday morning 11pm - 7am
