Job Description:

The Mail Insert Operator is responsible for operating high-speed inserters to efficiently process and insert various materials into envelopes or mailers. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to established quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-speed inserters to assemble and insert materials into envelopes or mailers.
  • Ensure proper setup and adjustment of equipment to handle different sizes and types of materials.
  • Monitor the inserters during operation to ensure smooth operation and prevent jams or malfunctions.
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of inserters to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals and prioritize job orders.
  • Verify the accuracy and quality of inserted materials, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
