Job description

Seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Machine Operator to join Mail Services team. This position is responsible for operating high-volume mail inserting and fulfillment equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout daily production. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor high-volume mail inserting and fulfillment equipment
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed during production
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and production standards are met
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and logs
  • Prepare and transport outgoing mail to the local post office
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with additional operational and production duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous machine operation, production, warehouse, or mail processing experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
