Job description

Job Summary
- Operate postage machines (Pitney Bowes) to apply postage to envelopes.
- Create shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, and USPS using various software.
- Sort, prep, and deliver up to 4,000 pieces of mail daily.
- Prepare mail for scanning and document imaging.
- Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
- Use MS Office, email, and document management systems.
- Perform basic copier maintenance and clear paper jams.
- Maintain records, billing logs, and supply inventories.
- Distribute office supplies, faxes, and mail to staff or designated locations.
- Respond to and coordinate service calls and customer requests.
- Deliver completed jobs within and outside the site, may travel between buildings.
- Set up meeting and conference rooms; perform minor building support tasks.
- Operate additional office equipment (shrink-wrap machine, bindery tools, etc.).
- Stand for extended periods and walk up to 5 miles per day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of mail and copier areas.
- Perform filing, archiving, and occasional cleaning duties.
- May require overtime, including nights, weekends, and emergency response.
- Work independently, multitask, and quickly learn new procedures through on-the-job training.
- Report to Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager.
