Company: Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is recruiting for a Receptionist for a Temple-based business. Our positions can be temporary, temporary to permanent or permanent positions depending on a particular customer’s need.

Pay/Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour DOE.
Hours of Work: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
Job Description/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Welcomes clients and customers, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Oversees front desk multi-line phone system; answering incoming calls, routing appropriately, and taking messages.
  • Performs general office functions; filing, addressing envelopes, faxing documents, etc.
  • Assist with outgoing mail on a daily basis; sorts and distributes incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule clients for appointments.
  • Support visitors, organizational events and assist with vendor’s arrangement/deliveries.
  • Orders all office supplies as needed and monitors supplies
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 months reception experience preferred
  • Exceptional organization skills, ability to multi-task, handle all duties accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently in a fast paced environment
  • Must be dependable; keep commitments and be customer service oriented
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude
