Hours of Work: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Welcome walk-in visitors,
  • Answer incoming emails and phone calls to assist callers with inquiries
  • Perform general office tasks - filing, addressing envelopes, faxing documents, data entry, order tickets into QuickBooks, etc.
  • Provide quotes for service to potential customers
  • Schedule and Dispatch Service Technicians for sales and repair services
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Must complete criminal background check and drug screening.
Job Qualifications Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
