Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes to potential residents, ensuring lease agreements are properly executed and assisting with lease administration. Day-to-day tasks include managing resident retention initiatives, providing outstanding customer service to current and future residents, and maintaining open and effective communication with residents and the property management team.
