BG Staffing is seeking a polished, customer‑focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish) to support an apartment community in North Las Vegas, NV 89032. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast‑paced leasing environment, and can confidently assist both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking residents and prospects.


Responsibilities

-         Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours

-         Assist residents and prospects in both English and Spanish

-         Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move‑in

-         Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation

-         Maintain organized resident files and accurate records

-         Support marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management

-         Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects

-         Support the onsite team with daily office operations

Requirements

-         Bilingual in English and Spanish required

-         Previous leasing required

-         Excellent communication and sales skills

-         Professional, polished presentation and demeanor

-         Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

-         Experience with property management software is a plus
