An apartment office is a management office located within or near an apartment complex. It serves as the main hub for leasing apartments, handling resident requests, processing payments, and addressing maintenance issues. The office often organizes community events and ensures the property is running smoothly. Hours and services may vary depending on the size and type of the apartment community.

Collaboration with maintenance teams is also crucial, as office staff relay work orders, track progress, and communicate updates to residents. This role often requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
