We are now accepting resumes for our Near Northside leasing guru & assistant Manager combo opening. We are seeking a goal-oriented self-starter to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the apartment industry. I am looking for a person that wants to start a career, not just find a job. The property is in the downtown area. Excellent advancement opportunity exists with our company. We train you to grow within our Company. Excellent pay & bonus system and good growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of marketing, leasing, conducting tours, and processing the applications.
  • Coordinate maintenance request.
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Market apartments
  • Office Admin & updating database
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills & good with social media platforms
  • Good people person skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
