What You’ll Do

  • Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process rental applications, lease agreements, and resident paperwork
  • Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and resident communications
  • Support resident events and help create a welcoming community atmosphere
  • Utilize property management software for daily leasing activities
