  • Verify completion of all phases of the leasing application process, including coordination of background and credit checks with external vendors to determine qualified residents.
  • Follow leasing processes and track progress through all phases of the leasing process from initial contact through closing and countersigning residential lease agreements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Role Specific Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of prior work experience in sales, marketing, leasing, hospitality or customer service.
  • Active listening skills necessary to remain attune to prospective renters' needs and identify what is driving or hindering progress toward closing residential lease agreements.
