Job Summary

The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing office, flex/R&D, and retail properties to both new and existing clients. This role includes negotiating new leases as well as renewals, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue across the portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective and current clients to assess space requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Deliver presentations to prospective tenants and real estate brokers
  • Prepare and review proposals, lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions in alignment with company objectives
  • Coordinate with clients on interior design planning and construction budgeting
  • Evaluate vacant spaces and recommend improvements or modifications based on market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs and project requirements are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support lease renewals
  • Participate in networking, industry, and community events to promote the company and its properties
  • Perform other duties as assigned
