Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
  • Conduct property tours, highlight amenities, and close leases to maintain occupancy.
  • Manage leasing activities including applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Partner with the Property Manager on marketing programs, resident events, and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare lease documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to support occupancy goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leasing or sales experience (property management preferred).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
