Job description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day operations within TOPYX, including course setup, reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the LMS organization, functionality and usability.
  • Collaborate with IT and LMS vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Develop standards and best practices for course design, naming conventions and content arrangement.
  • Revise and improve existing training materials, including content created by other contributors.
  • Convert live training content into engaging online learning experiences.
  • Ensure content is visually appealing, accessible, and easy to understand for diverse learner audiences.
  • Conduct regular audits of the catalog to ensure accuracy and compliance with current practices.
  • Analyze learner data, provider feedback and industry trends to recommend future training needs.
  • All other duties as assigned to advance the mission of Early Learning Indiana and the Child Care Support services contract.
