Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Execution

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs aligned to business goals across multiple lines of business
  • Manage end-to-end training lifecycle including needs analysis, content development, delivery, and evaluation
  • Ensure consistency and scalability of training initiatives across both Las Vegas offices

Facilitation & Leadership Development

  • Facilitate high-impact leadership training sessions for managers and senior leaders
  • Deliver engaging, interactive, and results-driven learning experiences (in-person and virtual)
  • Coach leaders on development plans, performance improvement, and skills enhancement

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, recommending training strategies that drive performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional training initiatives supporting various lines of business

Program Management & Operations

  • Manage training schedules, logistics, and reporting across locations
  • Utilize Excel for tracking training metrics, reporting, and data analysis
  • Develop high-quality presentations and materials using PowerPoint and Word
  • Maintain training resources, documentation, and collaboration tools within SharePoint
  • Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs and implement improvements

Travel & Multi-Site Support

  • Provide consistent training support across two Las Vegas offices
  • Travel up to 20% as needed to support business initiatives, facilitation, or program rollout

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in training & development, Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design
  • Proven experience facilitating leadership and management-level training
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
  • Experience supporting multiple lines of business or a complex, multi-site environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing leadership development programs at scale
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience with LMS platforms and training analytics
  • Background in change management or organizational development
