Required Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience

3. A portfolio that demonstrates versatile skill set in training design, delivery, and evaluation across different learning challenges
4. Strong foundation in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and curriculum development, with the ability to identify appropriate interventions
5. Demonstrated ability to design impactful learning solutions that support business goals and drive performance
