Job description

Most training managers live in a world of boring PowerPoints and stale conference rooms. At Arthur's, our classroom is the event floor.

What You'll Do

  • Design the Playbook: Create, write, and implement both on- and offsite training programs that turn rookies into pros.
  • Audit the Standards: Spend 60% of your time in the field visiting event sites to ensure our procedures are being executed flawlessly.
  • Drive the Culture: Collaborate with department managers to identify talent, build mentoring programs, and keep our standards unmatched.

You don't necessarily need a decade of catering experience, but you do need a teacher's heart and a general's mindset. If you have a background in corporate retail training, educational leadership, or high-volume customer service and you want to see your training come to life in real-time, we want to hear from you.
