Job Summary:

Montcure, LLC is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Financial Implementation Consultant - Senior to support the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) solutions for federal and commercial clients. Working under direction, the successful candidate will help translate financial business requirements into well-architected SAP solutions, execute configuration and support tasks, and contribute to full-lifecycle implementations that are compliant, sustainable, and aligned with client objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Gather and document financial business requirements and support their translation into SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) design and configuration.
  • Configure core Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders under guidance.
  • Assist with the configuration of New Asset Accounting and the Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

Implementation & Delivery

  • Participate in full-lifecycle implementations spanning the Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases of the SAP Activate methodology.
  • Draft functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) and coordinate with technical/ABAP teams.
  • Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; document defects and test results.

Client Support & Governance

  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting under direction.
  • Document configuration, processes, and knowledge-transfer materials; ensure compliance with client and federal financial controls.


Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus.


Experience

  • 3–5 years of SAP FI/CO experience, including at least one full-lifecycle S/4HANA or ECC Finance implementation.
  • Hands-on configuration experience across General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO).
  • Exposure to the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and integration with MM/SD.


Skills

  • Solid understanding of financial accounting and controlling business processes.
  • Working proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and functional specification development for RICEFW objects.
  • Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and integration testing.
