General Manager – Manufacturing Operations

Position Summary

The General Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for a manufacturing facility, overseeing all administrative, operational, and financial performance.   • Optimize facility layout and assign work based on skills to maximize efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and workflow.
  • Support annual budgeting and organizational planning.
  • Monitor and control facility costs and overall P&L performance.

  • Meet regularly with team leaders to review performance and provide feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver operational and administrative reports to senior leadership.
  • Provide input on strategic planning, personnel policies, and financial matters related to facility operations.

Directly supervises up to 10 employees and holds overarching responsibility for all personnel within the facility.
