Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ramp Implementation Consultant to support a client based in Chicago that is preparing to implement both Ramp and Ironclad CLM solutions. While the client has an internal Procurement Project Manager leading the initiative, they require a hands-on consultant to provide functional and implementation support beyond standard system configuration activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ramp implementation, optimization, and procurement workflows, along with working knowledge of Ironclad CLM. This role requires close collaboration with procurement, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and operational alignment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Ramp system implementation and optimization activities
  • Provide hands-on expertise with:
    • Ramp configuration
    • Expense management workflows
    • Procurement and spend management processes
    • Approval workflows and policy alignment
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • Procurement teams
    • Finance stakeholders
    • Internal project managers
    • Business users
  • Support integration and process alignment between Ramp and Ironclad CLM
  • Assist with requirements gathering, solution recommendations, testing, and rollout activities
