Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
About the Role
We're hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects and ensure successful client onboarding, deployment, and adoption.
This role combines:
  • technical project management

You'll work directly with clients to deploy software solutions, configure workflows, migrate data, manage integrations, and drive long-term adoption.
This is not a passive coordination role.
You will own implementations from:
Planning → Configuration → Deployment → Optimization

What You'll Own
End-to-End SaaS Implementations
  • Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live
