Brown & Brown is seeking Associate Implementation Consultant to join our growing team!
The Associate Implementation Consultant is a key team member of the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department. The department deploys various software tools to our valued customers and their employees for use in health care reform compliance, automated benefits enrollment, and other needs for automation. The incumbent is responsible for carrying out and overseeing various aspects of that software implementation process, including data analysis/audits, EDI configuration, testing, training, and presentation of their work to customers. The candidate must also be very detail and deadline oriented. The Data/EDI Specialist works directly with customer contacts
How You Will Contribute:
  • Audit and upload data for moderately (or greater) complex new client website implementations or on an ongoing basis for existing clients.
  • Create and configure new and existing EDI files for moderately (or greater) complex client websites (using third party software). Solve and Troubleshoot Issues
  • Proficient at root cause analysis and serves as subject matter resource in customer meetings, as needed. Quality Assurance
  • Primarily responsible with final testing and auditing of own and less senior teammates' work to ensure proper functioning, with oversight.

  • Strong ability to interpret and follow SOPs and assist with providing guidance on the development of SOPs, and provide SOP process improvement considerations for primary platform.
  • Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology.
  • Pursues a course of personal, professional development. All other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:
  • Minimum education required: Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of applicable software implementation experience
  • Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Experience working with personal computer database applications
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor • Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time) -- Preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance, human resources, or financial sectors

Pay Range
$65k - $75k Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
