  • Configure products and services based on client requirements and manage setup updates through implementation and ongoing processing cycles.
  • Conduct testing and validation activities, including configuration reviews, connectivity testing, data integrity checks, and output verification.
  • Monitor daily outsourced operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contractual service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze operational performance data, including turnaround times, error rates, volumes, costs, and vendor metrics, to identify trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams across Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement to resolve issues, communicate status, and support transitions, onboarding, and monthly processing deliverables.

  • 3+ years of experience managing client implementations, product configurations, testing, validation, and monthly processing activities.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing operational data, vendor performance metrics, service-level agreements, and process outcomes to support issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with account analysis and bank fee analysis processes.
  • Experience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 822 files, CAMT.086 file structures, or similar financial data formats.
  • Ability to document requirements, validate system outputs, coordinate cross-functional activities, and communicate implementation status and risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting outsourced service delivery models or third-party vendor operations.
  • Experience participating in process transitions from in-house teams to outsourcing partners.
  • Knowledge of financial operations reporting, dashboard review, and service performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting financial institution or corporate treasury clients.

How you'll work:
