Job description

About Viv Technologies

At Viv Technologies, we're passionate about the power of digital transformation done right. That means continuously improving our home care software platform, built specifically for multi-site home care operators. We're proud to support some of North America's biggest home care operators. Together, we help tens of thousands of clients safely age in the comfort of their homes.

We believe technology should feel human. That's why we're looking for a personable and patient Senior Implementation Consultant who's passionate about helping people learn and succeed.

About the Role

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will own a portfolio of enterprise customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through configuration, training, data migration, go-live, and transition to Support. Our customers are multi-site home care operators, and each implementation is a substantial project involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and live operations that must continue uninterrupted through the transition.

This role sits between project management, consulting, and training. On any given day, you might be mapping an agency's scheduling and billing workflows to Viv, configuring their environment, coordinating a data migration, running a virtual training session, or walking an executive sponsor through go-live readiness. The strongest candidates combine disciplined project management with genuine attentiveness to the people they're training and supporting.

This role is based in Toronto. Candidates should reside in or be within easy reach of the GTA, as periodic in-office collaboration is required.

What You'll Do

  • Lead concurrent customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, owning the timeline, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication for each.
  • Run discovery and workflow-mapping sessions to understand how each agency operates, then translate that into Viv configuration decisions.
  • Configure customer environments and integrations.
  • Coordinate data migration, scoping what moves, validating what arrived, and catching problems before the customer does.
  • Design and deliver training for end users, adapted to audiences that range from tech-fluent to tech-reluctant.
  • Drive adoption after go-live: monitor usage and hand off a healthy account to Support and Customer Success.
  • Feed what you learn back into the company. Implementation friction is our best source of product and process improvement!

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience implementing mid-market or enterprise customers onto B2B software, with at least 2 years of that owning implementations end to end.
  • Demonstrated project management of concurrent customer projects. You can speak to how you run kickoffs, keep timelines honest, and escalate risk.
  • Comfort with software configuration and data. You should be at ease setting up a system against business rules, validating data, and learning a complex platform deeply.
  • Excellent facilitation and training skills, especially with non-technical, operationally busy audiences.
  • Clear, proactive written communication. Your status updates keep customers calm and projects moving.
  • Implementation experience in healthcare, or another regulated industry, is an asset but not required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • A supportive, people-first culture that values balance, empathy, and teamwork.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact on the home care community.
  • Work with a passionate, mission-driven team where your ideas are valued, and your voice is heard.

If you're a natural teacher, love helping others, and get excited about making technology feel simple and empowering, we'd love to hear from you!

We embrace the uniqueness and perspectives of the community of people who work here and the clients for whom we care. Fostering an environment that reflects and supports diversity, equity, and inclusion is one important way in which we do this.

We welcome candidates with disabilities. Related questions/requests may be sent tohello@vivtechnologies.com.
