Palm Venture Studios

Remote

Full-time

Re-posted 23 days ago

Job description

StartupOS is building toward the vision of the "one-person unicorn" - a future where human and AI employees work seamlessly together to build and scale companies.
We are developing an AI-native operating system that enables companies to deploy and manage networks of intelligent agents operating within a shared context layer, allowing them to coordinate and execute across business functions.
StartupOS is early, ambitious, and fast-moving, with leadership and team members from companies including Airbnb, Adobe, Clari, Box, and Intuit.
We operate using a "pod" model - small, focused teams aligned to specific market opportunities, built to move quickly and deliver meaningful outcomes.
This role reports directly to Ben Sardella.
The Role
StartupOS is hiring a Strategic Implementation Consultant to lead customer engagements within a pod focused on venture capital and investor workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of:
  • strategy
  • implementation
  • customer success
  • and operational transformation that leads to massive value for our customers

You will serve as the primary post-sale partner to customers, helping guide onboarding, deployment, workflow design, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
The StartupOS platform is intentionally flexible and adaptable to each customer's operating model. You will help customers translate business problems into practical AI-native workflows while ensuring implementations deliver measurable positive outcomes.
This is a highly consultative role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, working closely with senior stakeholders, and helping shape how an emerging category scales.
Why This Role Matters
The future of work will be built around coordinated AI workforces embedded across every function of a business.
StartupOS is building the platform and operating model that makes that future possible.
This role is an opportunity to work directly with innovative organizations at the forefront of that shift - helping define how AI is operationalized inside modern companies.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of StartupOS solutions for customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale
  • Guide customers through onboarding, rollout, and adoption
  • Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and program execution
  • Translate customer workflows and pain points into tailored AI-enabled solutions
  • Deliver measurable value throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and technical teams
  • Provide structured feedback to influence product roadmap and implementation strategy
  • Help develop repeatable implementation frameworks and best practices
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on customer outcomes and evolving needs

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, strategy, operations, or customer transformation roles
  • Background from a top-tier consulting firm or similarly rigorous environment (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
  • Experience working with venture capital firms, family offices, financial services organizations, or executive stakeholders
  • Strong program management and client execution capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
  • Comfort working across both strategic and operational conversations
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm around AI-native business models and emerging technologies

Prior AI experience is not required - adaptability, strategic thinking, and execution capability matter most.
Ideal Background
  • Management consulting
  • Strategic operations
  • Enterprise implementation or transformation work
  • Customer success in complex SaaS or platform environments
  • Venture ecosystem exposure
  • Workflow automation or operational optimization experience

Benefits
  • Opportunity to join an early-stage company defining a new category
  • Direct ownership of customer outcomes and implementation success
  • Meaningful influence on how StartupOS scales its delivery model
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI workflow and operational transformation initiatives
  • Close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Clear path for growth as StartupOS expands pods and customer segments
  • Competitive compensation package including:
    • Base salary
    • Performance incentives
    • Potential equity participation
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy
