Your responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert in the Workday Student Records, Recruiting and Admissions product(s), or Workday Student Security

  • Execute the day-to-day activities on Workday Student implementations for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, package implementation lifecycle support, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers

  • Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday

  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions

  • Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model

  • Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects

  • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices

  • Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production

  • Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets

  • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively

  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

About you (Required skills)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading the Workday Student Records or Recruiting and Admissions workstreams or as a Security lead on multiple Workday Student implementations

  • Active Workday Student Records or Recruiting and Admissions certifications

  • Significant consulting or practitioner experience in higher education

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
