Job Summary

This Implementation Consultant role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus' GovQA product family and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team.  This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be an expert on the GovQA Platform and a key partner in the successful implementation of Legislative Management projects for new client projects and existing customers upgrading or adding to their system. Implementation Consultants work with our most established public sector clients to ensure they are maximizing their use of Granicus SaaS products. Expert product knowledge, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones for this role. Candidates should bring a consultative approach and a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure client success.

During customer implementations, your role will collaborate with Technical Consultants and Trainers to ensure the GovQA customer is provided with an implementation best suited for them.

What Your Impact Will Look Like
  • Manage multiple Granicus projects on schedule and with high quality from kick-off to launch
  • Maintain project plans including status, issues and opportunities for assigned implementations
  • Advocate and evangelize "best practices" to ensure long term success and value for Granicus clients
  • Ensure implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around digital communications
  • Facilitate online client trainings
  • Manage system-wide projects in partnership with Product Development
  • Ability to deploy all GovQA products for small to medium sized clients
  • Other duties as assigned
