Role Overview


This role is hands-on and delivery-focused-you will own solution design, configuration, and client engagement across the full implementation lifecycle. You will work within a squad-based model (PM + Functional Consultants), supporting multiple concurrent projects whilemaintaininghigh-quality, on-time delivery.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and solution lead, ensuring that NetSuite is implemented in alignment withindustrybest practices and the client's operational realities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional delivery across all implementation phases: Engage Drive Enable Convert Optimize
  • Conduct discovery & requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and system walkthroughs
  • Configure NetSuite across Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflows
  • Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to best practices
  • Partner with Project Managers on scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control (PCRs)
  • Support data migration (mapping, templates, validation, test loads)
  • Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness
  • Deliversystem walkthroughs and training sessions
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
  • Identifyrisks early and provide proactive recommendations
