Job Title: Business Analyst IV
Location: Salem, OR/Hybrid
Candidate must be within 30 miles
Work can be done mostly remote but will have meetings at the office location.
Duration: 6+ Months
RFP Development/Vendor Solution Evaluation:
  • Support development of RFP and scoring criteria
  • Define vendor evaluation criteria (technical, functional, cost).
  • Compare vendor offerings for functionality, scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Document findings and provide recommendations.

Project Coordination:
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate activities with PM to ensure alignment with milestones and goals
  • Draft meeting minutes, agendas, and track action items
  • Facilitate meetings as needed.

Support SaaS Implementation:
  • Support configuration of solutions to meet business needs.
  • Participate in design and configuration sessions and document configurations.
  • Develop use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.
  • Support sprint sessions and releases
  • Validate RTM against deployed sprints.

Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Define and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues with stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity during migration processes.

Documentation & Training:
  • Prepare and maintain project and training documentation.
