  • Design, implement, and manage the operational frameworks used to continuously track and optimize team performance, including a strategic focus on Productivity, Delivery Excellence, and Strategic Impact.
  • Strategically prepare the team to pivot and absorb new deployment requirements driven by product evolution and company strategy.
  • Act as a strategic partner between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract-close through technical go-live and frictionless handover, with a specific focus on ensuring post-implementation feature use and account health.
  • Advocate for client needs and process improvements, providing deep, data-driven insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence future IES enhancements.
  • Oversee high-priority deployment risks and project escalations, ensuring quick resolution that preserves project timelines and long-term client satisfaction and confidence.

  • Demonstrated deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration, with a preference for direct experience with IES or a comparable accounting/ERP suite.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams, while managing teams through organizational and product changes in a solution deployment-centric environment.
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of multi-entity accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA) or equivalent advanced accounting certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in strategic deployment planning, methodology development, and leading large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
