Silgan Dispensing Systems is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HR systems while partnering with HR and business leaders across the organization. In this role, you'll help maintain data integrity, create reports, troubleshoot system issues, support HRIS projects, and provide exceptional customer support. This is a hybrid role, out of our Grandview, MO site.

What You'll Do
Maintain and audit HR data for accuracy
Support HRIS enhancements, upgrades, and implementations
Create reports and analyze HR data
Assist with Workday administration and user support
Document processes and develop job aids
Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business leaders
What We're Looking For
2+ years of HRIS or related HR systems experience
Workday experience strongly preferred
Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Associate's degree or equivalent experience

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $ 58,000. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
