As a full-time Admin Rep, your mission is to perform administrative duties related to store operations and assist with the sale of automotive services, tires, and tire services, while providing exceptional customer service to every customer.

Job Requirements - What You Need:
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Valid driver's lic preferred
• Previous clerical/admin experience preferred
• Prior tire knowledge a plus
Qualifications - Who We're Looking For:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities - What You'll Do:
• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
• Provide high-level customer service both on the phone and in person
• Handle incoming inquiries, concerns, and complaints as they arise
• Quoting, opening, and closing work orders
• Accurate entry and monitoring of daily sales, and invoicing activities
• Handle daily cash, credit, national account, and fleet transactions
• Handle purchase orders, billing, credit, and collections
• Submitting weekly P-Card statements to accounts payable
• Prepare and create routine and ad hoc reports
• Provide support as needed to both field and corporate staff
• Provide routine cleaning, restocking, and updating of store displays

• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

DRUG TESTING
Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
