AN AVERAGE DAY AS OUR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Standard office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
When customers call or visit the office, you're the friendly person who warmly greets them and helps them out with whatever they need! Armed with a positive and upbeat attitude, you'll provide callers and visitors with exceptional customer service as well as support efficient clerical and administrative activities.
You'll handle a high volume of phone calls, answer callers' questions, and direct calls to the appropriate person or team. Additionally, you'll help maintain office organization, complete accurate clerical documents, properly process and distribute incoming mail, and handle additional tasks as assigned. You'll be at the heart of our daily operations, making a positive difference for customers and coworkers!
