Indy CDJR is seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting daily dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments for sales and service departments
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Assist with dealership events, customer follow-ups, and internal coordination
  • Maintain files, documents, and dealership records with accuracy
  • Perform data entry and basic reporting as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive dealership experience
  • Support multiple departments including Sales, Service, and Administration

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred (highly valued)
