Johnson Service Group, a nationwide staffing company is looking for a Temporary File Clerk for an aircraft company in Valencia, CA.
Pay Rate: $24.00 HR
Position Summary
The File Clerk supports day-to-day office operations by preparing, labeling, organizing, and maintaining physical and/or electronic filing systems. This role ensures documents are accurate, accessible, and properly stored, while assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and print file labels; apply labels to folders and records accurately
  • Prepare, assemble, and organize new file folders
  • File documents in the correct location and maintain an orderly filing system
  • Retrieve, sort, and re-file records as needed to ensure files remain current
  • Perform general administrative support tasks (e.g., copying, scanning, data entry, document preparation)
  • Follow company procedures for document handling, retention, and confidentiality
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Prior clerical, administrative, or filing experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
