Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented File Manager to oversee the storage, organization, and retrieval of company records and documents. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience managing physical and/or digital files and ensuring records are properly maintained, secure, and accessible. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient document management systems that support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic filing systems
  • Ensure documents are properly labeled, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval
  • Scan, digitize, and archive documents as needed
  • Retrieve files and records for staff upon request
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Monitor file storage systems to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with document retention schedules and record disposal procedures
  • Perform regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure proper documentation procedures are followed

Qualifications
