ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Rotating Shifts
Monday – Friday, must be able to work weekends
7:00 am - 3:00 pm or
11:00 pm - 7:00 am, mandatory overtime as needed
$16.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Enter and maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records.
  • Process paperwork for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • File, organize, and maintain office and production documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative support.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous data entry experience with strong computer skills required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.
  • Experience operating standard office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and printers.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds as needed).
