Summary:

An Automotive Service File Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate, organized records that support both customer service and internal operations. This role ensures that all service-related documentation is properly filed, updated, and available when needed.


Duties/Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: 

  • Create and close Repair Orders.
  •  File and scan Repair Orders.
  • Work on Purchase Orders.
  • Support and assist with cashiers as needed. 


Required Skills/Abilities 

  • Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Punctual, reliable and must have good communication skills.
  • Bilingual Eng/Spanish preferred.
  • Cadillac experience preferred.
