POSITION SUMMARY


We are seeking a Events & Sales Manager who will lead and manage Skyline’s event operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to event execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strong event sales, smooth event coordination, and consistent high-quality guest experiences

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage, and hold the events team accountable
  • Manage online leads and build relationships
  • Communicate with potential and current guests via phone, in-person, and digitally
  • Coordinate and host tours of event spaces
  • Represent Skyline in the community at events
  • Schedule and coordinate large group private events and parties
  • Help organize food, drinks, room reservations, buyouts, and entertainment options
  • Schedule ongoing or repeat events
  • Implement and optimize event processes
  • Request event feedback and communicate with team members
  • Coordinate with operations managers for event needs and special requests
  • Ensure a positive guest experience for all events
  • Standardize contracts, execution handbooks, and event packets
  • Track performance and analyze sales trends
  • Manage room and group booking software
  • Organize and manage special events into banquet event orders
  • Schedule and coordinate Skyline team building and company events


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION

  • Salaried position ($50,000–$60,000/year)
