Job description

Harmony Vineyards is looking for someone who will reach out to new clients and introduce them to our amazing venue. A self motivated, charismatic and dependable individual who is interested in an opportunity to be part of the Harmony team with an opportunity for career growth.

- Procuring new clients to host events with us.

- Identify sales prospects and establish new relationships through outreach

- Sourcing vendors and securing competitive pricing for goods and services

- Preparing the event quotations and budgets

- Ensuring that all contractual obligations are met

- Ensuring that quality client/customer standards are upheld at all times

- Preparation of event contracts

- Scheduling events and coordinating appointments

- Creating and revising plans and layouts for different events

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years prior event sales experience in hospitality

- Works well under pressure

-Weekends are a must
