As a Catering & Event Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, preparing event proposals, and guiding clients through the planning process from the initial inquiry to the successful execution of their event.
Responsibilities
• Generate new catering and event sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct consultations with clients.
• Prepare customized proposals and event estimates.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, wedding venues, event planners, hotels, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Conduct venue visits and attend networking events and bridal shows.
• Coordinate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity.
• Follow up with prospective and past clients to generate repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
