Sales & Event PlannerCreole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts - New Orleans, LA

Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for hospitality, events, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking a Sales & Event Planner to drive private dining, group events, and catering sales from inquiry through execution.

In this role, you'll turn client visions into seamless, memorable events while helping us meet and exceed our revenue goals across a diverse portfolio of restaurant concepts.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for private dining, group events, and catering-from inquiry to execution
  • Create customized proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) using Tripleseat or similar platforms
  • Conduct site tours, tastings, and planning meetings with prospective and booked clients
  • Coordinate logistics with restaurant managers, chefs, and front-of-house teams
  • Personally attend events you book to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction
  • Track client communications, timelines, deposits, and confirmations
  • Provide day-of support for high-profile or complex events
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide updates to leadership
  • Collaborate with teammates to share leads, best practices, and support company-wide consistency
  • Support marketing initiatives that drive inquiries and repeat business
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, private dining, or event management
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events at different stages simultaneously
  • Experience with Tripleseat or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Professional, client-focused presence with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
