Job description

Job Title: Event Sales Admin
Position Summary
The Event Sales Admin Assistant will be responsible for supporting and assisting the role of Events Sales Associates in planning all private dining and large party events. This team member's responsibility is to ensure that there is no missing information between the Sales Team and the Event Manager at each restaurant. The Event Sales Admin Assistant will also develop and maintain business relationships inside and outside of the restaurant by participating in events at the locations when needed.
$18-$22 (depending on experience)

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Close Event Financials from the previous days/weekend
  • Ensure the accuracy of all banquet event orders by communicating with Sales Associates about any missing information.
  • Managing TS and Open table to ensure all bookings match.
  • Collecting, preparing, and reviewing the weekly event order and kitchen event order distributions for each location.
  • Designing custom menus and floor plans for each event.
  • Following up with leads initially answered by the Sales Associates.

Skills and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills in a high-volume environment
  • The ability to anticipate problems and make contingency plans.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
